Description: Another good locality in Brandenburg are the claypits around Bad Freienwalde, some 80 km in the east of Berlin. There come very good gypsum samples, occuring in christmas tree-like aggregates up to 40 cm. From the northern claypit is this cute specimen with greenish calcite on lime stone.
