Description: Someone went to great trouble to carve this one. It took a lot of time to carve out the ball at the center of what appears to be the sun. I am told that the ball points directly to where the sun sets on winter solstice. With the care and non-random orientation, I think it is safe to say that this one had some meaning and was probably not graffiti or random drawing.
