We won't find out for sure only by pictures, but I agree with Matt: Intuitively I think this looks more like Brazil than Afghanistan or Pakistan. Especially Golconda is known for elbaites of such colo ...

I agree with Turbo, I have never seen such things lab-made. And I also think that Stak Nala in Pakistan is correct, the elbaite (tourmaline) looks like a typical one from that locality.
