This winters snow and rain helped wash off the dirt and now I'm finding some great fluorescents. Not sure but I think this stuff is Opal

Yellow and blue SW fluorescent band in a ten inch piece of marble (SW in daylight)
Granite loaded with hot pink meionite SW

These are in SW-UV light in daylight. Very bright Fluoro-edenite, Diopside and Tremolite

These are some new finds from the property, Purple Spinels We have found some nice sharp crystals largest is about 2 cm. They are with Phlogopite

a large purple Spinel 4-1/2 cm and some weird green stuff on the opposite side of the Spinels, anyone have any ideas what it is ?

A few Spinel floaters we found sifting the dirt. 2cm + each. Last picture, spinel on the right has a little different shape.

This is a solid mass of Spinel and Uvite 14 cm
largest crystal is about 2 cm

Some nice Spinels from Saturdays dig, they have some interesting random grouping compared to the others. all about 3 cm
