In 2015, the Mineralogical & Geological Museum at Harvard University (aka MGMH or simply, The Harvard Museum) was invited to be the Collector of the Day at the 2015 Westward Look Show in Tucson, Arizona. In the lobby of the resort they put two cases of their fantastic minerals on exhibit.

This video is the interview that Bob Jones, Show Host for What's Hot In Tucson, did with Museum Curator Raquel Alonso-Pérez as they discuss the history of the museum, the collection and some of the individual pieces.

FYI, if you click on the gear icon at the bottom of the video page, you can then select the video resolution. This video is available to watch in 720P HD quality.

Also, I JUST noticed the error in the onscreen title for Raquel. Sigh....it's near impossible to catch EVERYTHING. Sorry. The URL for the museum is: http://mgmh.fas.harvard.edu
