Hi Glenn. What is happening to this property? Will the development eventually end your mineral finds? I hope not! Regards.

Hi Pierre ,
Unfortunately for my building business, the economy in our town is bad and I don't see it getting any better. The taxes are way too high and school enrollment is way down as well as property values. We originally bought 42 acres with a house about nine years ago. We subdivided it into seven lots and built a spec house six years ago and can't sell it. Last year we sold the old house to reduce our payments. Paid over 40 k in taxes for five years, couldn't do it any more. I guess on the plus side, if everything sold I would have lost all the fun digging for the last few years.
If I hit the lottery I'd buy the hundred acres next door, the digging is even better. Lol

Hi Glen. In some cases it is the lack of money that is the 'root of evil'. Is it not possible to open this site to rock hounds for a daily 'dig' fee? Best regards with your endeavors.
