I appreciate your input, Tobi. I tend to struggle getting the specimens in perfect focus. Also, the color of the minerals vary greatly depending on the lighting---that's the most frustrating part. They always look better in person it seems.

The quality of your photos, although not perfect, is acceptable and in my opinion it is over the average. The San Francisco mine wulfenite is great!

Some of them are indeed very good, e.g. the variscite and the vauxite at the top of this page. And they all are good concerning colour and contrast. The problem with some, e.g. the perfect little Sweet Home rhodochrosite, is that they are too fuzzy. But I know about the struggle with the lighting on some specimens :-(

The Romanian stibnite is really fine, aesthetic matrix specimens of that mineral are always a pleasure, especially when they come from classic localities. My favourite among your recently posted specimens!
