I have been searching an area on Oahu, Hawaii that is supposed to have "Bloodstone"/ blood jasper. I have not found the bloodstone yet but I found these two stones in the river. I did a quick polish and wet the stones so that I could see it better. I apologize I don't know how to determine if this is a mineral or just a form of basalt,ect...
