Hello,

My name is Thijs Verbeke, and I'm a 16 year old fossil collector from Belgium.
I have a lot of minerals I want to exchange for fossils. I can provide pictures of some (too much to photograph all) if anyone is interested. I have most common minerals and also some rare ones.

I am a mineral collector who has often found fossils by accident. You never know .....

While they'd have to be minerals of interest to me, I have lots of self-collected fossils from near Prague - the famous 'Barrandian' fossils of the Sillurian and Early Devonian.

You will need to post photos and locality information. Most collectors are looking for certain minerals from specific localities. So I only collect minerals from the UK and Spain

Without some photos to give at least an idea of the level of specimens you have there, I doubt many will be interested based only on species and country. Some countries like Russia are HUGE and while some species are well known for only one of two locations in some countries, that will not work [I think] for most here....and not without photos [from which many of us could likely guess the exact location of many]. Sorry. They could be the kind of ordinary stones found in boxed collections or fine specimens any collector would want - or anywhere in between, but how would anyone know.....? A trade list [IMO] needs species name, location and country, size and/or weight, a photo. Sometimes when one has an idea of the general quality of someone's minerals, they start asking about minerals without a photo, but likely would want a photo before making a trade and taking the trouble. At minimum, some photos of what you consider your average and best quality specimens.

Most of my minerals are just a sample, but I have bigger and better quality ones as well.

As I said I'm 16, don't expect the best of the best.

I'm sorry but decent pics won't work with my smartphone.

Without a decent picture, you can not make good deals either. Mobile phone is not a good solution for minerals business i think.
