Dear Michael,

my warmest congratulations on the second Red Star! You're the first one to achieve this and you more than deserve it. Your enthusiasm on such a large variety of minerals is inspiring and your collection is both beautiful and educational.

Keep up the good work and keep that amazing collection of well-documented minerals growing!

All the best & keep safe
Tobi

It is fantastic and very difficult to reach that figure.

A mineral collection should not be just a set of specimens or a desire to impress others (or ourselves 😉)
A collection should also be a scientific value, something that serves to give knowledge. Michael has made it.

Congratulations for so many readings Michael, and for your desire to teach from the modesty.

Thank you Jordi, when I started this thread 10 years ago, I surely never expected to be in this position. I hope my collection has served to impart a bit of knowledge and inspiration to viewers. I know I have learned a lot, and it has been thoroughly enjoyable to be part of the FMF community.
