Hi all estimated FMFers

Actually, Ecuador is passing through a historical time with the productive matrix change, and the conformation of the Mining Geological Investigation Network, which was beginning in June 2016 and the first directory of which has been took office the last 6 October 2016, contributes to this initiative.

The Mining Geological Investigation Network is a group which works for the knowledge and technology base in mining geologist themes of Ecuador, and its objectives are helping to industrial and technological transformation of the mining geological sector through the articulation of the scientific and technological investigation and higher education with the productive sector; and defining the requirements of the investigation in the mining geological sector of Ecuador.

This network looks for the experts’ integration, sector linkage and joint with academy in order to make the investigation level and integrality of this strategic sector perfect, and to set up within an interchange space of ideas and projects.

My person, as the first president of this network, will be communicating about all news and achievements reached by this network, and invites all of you to conform thereof taking into account the unconditional help from each of you.
