| Hi Pierre--the snow was followed by some punishing cold. Minus 20 C out there while I'm writing this. Fortunately the low temps never persist for long here. Cheers!

Thanks Chris. If you consider ice a mineral, the digging's darn good, the crystals are abundant, and very white, but I'm here on business.

Quartz with arenite texture.
Probable field of view: 3 mm.
It's an odd TS, I like it.
