One of the defining characteristics of AGATE is a concentric banding pattern. However for MOSS AGATE, this need not be true. Classic moss agate consists of greenish dendritic patterns on a predominantly whiteish background of chalcedony, microcrystalline quartz.
This example does not, to my eye, fulfill these color or pattern criteria.
BTW is this website suppose to identifiy these type stones? BOB

Without some more information like hardness, streak, density, etc... it's not going to be possible for anyone to give you a clear ID using your pics alone. From your pics alone, I'd agree with Marco that this looks more like a serpentine mineral than agate/quartz.
