One of the possibilities what the associated mineral could be is barite. But where this specimen is from, no idea, sorry :-(

It looks a lot like this specimen, which I acquired recently. The white bladed mineral is likely celestite.

Could the white mineral be cerussite, especially if this specimen came from one of the mines in central/northern England??

It doesn't look like anything I've seen from England. Some of the Northern mines have produced jack-straw cerussite, but it's usually much coarser than that, and I've not seen it on fluorite.
