PostPosted: Jan 29, 2017 21:11    Post subject: Rock ID from China?

Hi, First post here but been life long rock hounds. My wife found these while searching a shallow river in southwest China, Sichuan Province. Any idea what kind of rocks they are? She cleaned them off with a heavy bristle brush so the colors you see here are the actual colors. THANKS!!

First one might be Serpentine, Second one is almost certainly Jasper.

Was looking through a lot of photos and found one that looked almost exactly like the green rock and it's called Nephrite Jade.
