Hi BerylBoyd!
Probably it's a serpentinite. However everything is possible: epidote, olivine, serpentine... please take some more data about, i.e. hardness, specific weight, scratch colour stripe, etc.

Looks to me as a tourmaline, probably elbaite.

But without analysis, even thinking it is a tourmaline, could be several terms...

Place of this piece, do you know it?
