PostPosted: Feb 15, 2017 18:41    Post subject: More green rock Id Help

Here are some more rocks that I am trying to identify,
There's 4 of them a green and black rock, green and white rock, olivine type rock, solid green rock with a polished flat surface.

Any help is always appreciated.

Thank you,
David

The first specimen (picture GB1.jpg) looks like the typical matrix rock from Mundarara, a famous locality for low-quality ruby specimens in Tanzania. It is mainly green zoisite, the black parts are pargasite.
