A plate of garnets (possibly grossular or andradite) with a few tiny fragments of glassy green mineral not visible in the image. Very general locality on the label. Hopefully someone can provide a more accurate/specific locality.

Well i would have said Kern, Inyo or Mono counties for a location but then again you collect a lot of minerals from this area.
