Can anybody tell me what this is exactly?

It's gypsum, variety selenite, very common in various marine shale beds, such as the dark grey shales of the Cretaceous seaway - Colorado - Wyoming - Montana - South Dakota, etc.
It's a nice specimen, but does't have much value - it does have a nice form though. Very common.
