PostPosted: Jan 23, 2018 17:24    Post subject: The PBS Show "THE MINERAL EXPLORERS"

For those who may not be aware, here in the US, there is a weekly 30 minute show on PBS TV called "THE MINERAL EXPLORERS" It is underwritten by the Tucson Gem and Mineral Society, the Dallas Mineral Symposium, and a hi end Golden Colorado dealer.

Each week the team of mineral explorers goes to another worldwide mineral locality. I just now finished watching a (repeat) episode covering several sites in Spain. The forum's host JORDI was prominently featured in this episode!

For those interested, I suggest you look up your local PBS TV schedule to find if the show is available in your local area. BOB

The show is super fun! The first season came out in 2015 (I think...) and the 2nd season was last year. It's available online On Demand (pay to watch) on Vimeo, too.
