Well, if you like German fluorites, here's another one:

I'm expecting some more German fluorites in the next days, maybe i'll do another collage with German fluorites ...

But here's a simple one-specimen-picture, a conichalcite with calcite from Gold Hill Mine, Utah. The specimen is currently not in my display collection but on my sale list, but nevertheless this is a good photo that captures the vivid green of the conichalcite:

I promised more fluorite classics from Germany, here's the first one - a 9 cm specimen of yellow fluorite with purple edges, from Grube Zehntausend Ritter (German for "Ten Thousand Knights Mine") in Erzgebirge, Saxony:

And here's the other one, it's a specimen of black (!) fluorite on brown matrix - and it's from the same mine as the specimen above:

Calcite from Juchem quarry in Hunsrück near Idar-Oberstein (southwestern Germany), a quarry that is famous for its beautiful amethyst geodes, dark-green fluorite octahedrons - and golden calcites ;-)

Hello Tobi ,

It's "anthozonite fluorite" (colors caused by radiations of Uranium) ??
