Description: Nice grey calcite crystal (3,5 cm) from Rabenstein lime mine (today the sight "Rabensteiner Felsendome"), Chemnitz, Saxony. The locality developed excellent calcite samples in the old days. Rabenstein calcites rank with the best Saxonian, may be even with the best German calcites.
