Locality: Rio Mine (Rio Marina Mine), Valle Giove stope, Rio Marina, Elba Island, Livorno Province, Tuscany, Italy
Description: Aerial photograph of a section of the mine. The red circle marks the approximate location of the source of the specimen. It was uncovered during a specimen recovery program in 2006 organized by Frederico Pezzotta of the Museo di Milan. To aid in locating the ore-body the GPS coordinates have been provided.
