« L » shaped aggregate of sparkly grey metallic crystals assuming hoppered, elongate or pseudo-dodecahedral shapes. Doubly terminated white scalenohedral calcites to 5 mm are locally perched on the aguilarite. Unlike many Guanajuato aguilarites, this specimen is not coated by chalcopyrite. The miner who collected this specimen was fired for “high-grading” two weeks after he removed it.
