Description: Mass: 45 g MIM number:2029 Tuft of very well-formed lavender-colored diverging crystals with bevel-ending, sprinkled in places with emerald green chromiferous grossular (to 4mm diameter) and, in some places, microscopic needles of apple-green diopside. It is very rare to find prehnite in crystals as sharp as on this sample, let alone in combination with grossular and diopside.
