Description: Rare complex twinning for rutile. Attributed to Johann Pohl (1782-1834), who found this rutile specimen in February 1819 in a gulley near the Rio des Almas, in the foothills north of Meiaponte (now Pirenopolis). Ex. Moritz Lechner (1850-1903) collection, No. 2812, Vienna, Austria.
