Description: Mass: 38300 g MIM number:2185 Nicknamed "Emerald City" because of its striking resemblance to the mythical city of the movie "The Wizard of Oz". Group of large parallel stalactites (the largest measuring 44 cm) of a beautiful, very shiny green, on an earth-colored matrix (it is probable that this set was detached from the ceiling of the vein and therefore pointed downwards). The stalactites give a “wet” impression under lighting due to the microcrystals which form their surface. It is rare to find such a large and aesthetic group in this condition.
