Locality: Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China
Dimensions: 11x9x5 cms

Description: A new find for me, granular mass of Corundum variety Ruby with vugs containing sharp, tabular crystals There are patches of golden phlogopite mica throughout the specimen. Unfortunately I have not been able to attribute it to a specific mine, if any one has suggestions I would be most appreciative. Highly fluorescent under 365nm LW.
