Description: The finest known calcite from Washington State. A 4.5 kg floater I collected from a 3 meter long tube-like pocket. I documented the find in the Rocks & Minerals article, Minerals from the Weyerhaeuser Lincoln Creek Quarry, Lewis County, Washington, V. 73, No. 4, July - August 1998. Self collected and, at the time this photo was taken, on long term loan.
