Description: Stibnite Ichinokawa Mine, Saijo, Ehime Prefecture, Shikoku, Japan 87.0 x 14.0 x 12.0 mm This single, sharp 87 mm Stibnite crystal has well-developed parallel striations and a steep pyramidal termination. The other termination is ragged. As typical of specimens from this classic Japanese locality, there are a few minor nicks, but overall the Stibnite is in very good condition. This is from the notable collection of California collector Earl Calvert (1904-1964).
