Description: Calcite, smithonite Rammelsberg mine, Goslar, Harz, Lower Saxony, Germany. 4 x 2,5 cm Brown "Galmei"-covering on calcite xls. Most of these specimens show hollow pseudomorphs of smithonite after calcite, well-crystallized calcite is quite rare.
