Description: Wulfenite Red Cloud Mine, Silver District, Trigo Mts, La Paz Co., Arizona, USA 8.6 x 5.4 x 4.6 cm This specimen was collected during mining by Wayne Thompson in 1993. It features thick, lustrous, translucent, rich red-orange crystals to 1.5 cm on gossan matrix. Particulate matter present in the solutions from which the crystals formed has resulted in some of the crystals having a brownish center. Ex. James Webb Collection, of Houston, Texas, USA.
