Description: Phenakite Ben Macdui, Cairngorm Mountains, Grampian Region, Scotland, UK 15mm x 13mm x 7mm crystal And again. Apologies for the multiple photo's but it's the only specimen I have! Besides, there's a lot of little reflective faces to scrutinise. Looks very much like albite, but it scratches quartz - and quartz does not scratch it.
