Mineral: Magnetite
Locality: Dashkesan deposit, Dashkesan, Dashkesan District, Republic of Azerbaijan
Dimensions: 5.0 x 6.2 cm

Description: Dark gray metallic magnetite crystals to 2.6 cm. The crystals are rounded due to irregular growth hillocks but are primarily dodecahedral in form. Small transparent quartz crystals are also present as well as tiny crystals of epidote.
