Locality: Soliva Quarry (AVE Quarry works), Can Sala, Riudarenes, Comarca La Selva, Gerona / Girona, Catalonia / Catalunya, Spain
Dimensions: 8.3 x 10.9 cm

Description: Glassy parallel-growth quartz crystals with amethyst and smoky zones and a bit of orthoclase matrix. My understanding is that these were collected in 2006 from a location which is now inaccessible.
