Floating group of intact amber colored translucent crystals formed around a matrix. The crystals are hexagonal prisms that are topped by a hexagonal pyramid, which in turn is truncated by the flat face of a pinacoid. The concentric zones of different colors in the crystals are due to the alternation of sturmanite and charlesite.
