Description: This Chrysocolla is yet another example of one of my favorite habits. Also, the blue color is, to me, quite attractive, despite the ugly matrix. It is 2 1/4" x 2" (5.72cm x 5.08cm) and is from the Kolwezi Mine, Kolwwezi, Western Area, Shaba Copper Belt, Shaba (Katnga), Democratic Republic of Congo (Zaire).
