Locality: Las Suertes Quarry, Las Suertes, Vegas de Matute, Comarca Suroeste, Segovia, Castile and León, Spain

Description: This is a uncommon mineral known as “mountain leather”. It looks just like a weird piece of skin-like cloth and has an earthy but soft feel. We usually find thin and bendable sheets made up of complexly intergrown fibers, resembling leather.
