Geographically that is correct...but geologically Illinois is closer to Elmwood (MVT sensu latu) than Mexico (CRD). That red sphalerite is a good sign of MVT

There are a lot of possible sources based on the fluorite shape and color...but the matrix looks wrong for Ojuela. I think the red is not a coating but actually makes up the matrix as a layered granu ...

With those overgrowths it looks more like Tri-State/Old Lead Belt (Kansas?) rather than Viburnum. Doesn't look right for the Baxter Mine, but possibly ha neighborhood

With that much Thorium it should be quite hot...

Unless this is some outrageous variety of something like Calzirtite, if the numbers are real I suspect an industrial product of some kind
