Yet another county where I used to live - but in those days I was very young and collected fosils! We lived very close to Dulcote Quarry too. We can expect some rare minerals and some interesting secondary minerals

Cannington Park Quarry, a now disused limestone quarry, used to produce some interesting specimens, particularly acicular malachite.

These are typical acicular malachite crystals partly coated with azurite, the latter also part-coating dolomite crystals.
