Thanks Carles, the specimen really features a nice combination of two sulfide minerals, both in really good condition. And the specimen is actually even better and has a better contrast, but it was a struggle to capture both the matt-finished galenas and the high-gloss sphalerites on a photo ... and there are also tiny, sparkling red sphalerites on the specimen, unfortunately the photo didn't capture them :-(

I made an interesting discovery concerning the two sulfides on the specimen, a special topic will follow later ...

Here's another new specimen, calcite on dioptase from Tsumeb:

Very nice and aesthetic, both Swiss smoky quartz specimens. These kind of pieces are very much appreciated by the collectors of alpine minerals.

Thanks, you're right, Carles: I own several alpine smoky quartzes like

https://www.mindat.org/photo-643016.html
https://www.mindat.org/photo-643015.html
https://www.mindat.org/photo-635874.html
or
https://www.mindat.org/photo-566575.html

but these two new specimens are among the best I've ever had, especially the large 10 cm single crystal from Galenstock - I really like that alpine "gem" :-)

Another specimen from Minas Gerais, schorl on quartz:

(The label of the former owner says "Mina Le Pinto, Minas Gerais, Brazil" but I can't find any information on this, no Mindat entry exists. Anyone ever heard of this mine?)

Aesthetic specimen. Nice color contrast. I guess it's better in person and am sure you might improve that photo (with a bit of patience, of course). I know how difficult is sometimes to shoot these transparent colorless quartz crystals.
