Curious to know why the Arkansas quartz is described as "opaque to translucent." To me it appears transparent to translucent. But then I have long had a problem with what I consider widespread misuse of the term opaque. Lovely specimens, however, and great photographs.

I know it's easy to be fooled by photos but the 2 brownish crystals in the lower center look like dolomite to me.
