I found this in a small cave...I`m not familiar with minerals, but I am often walking in the mountains here and never seen something similar that big before...so I got curious.
What is this?

Is not a mineral but a rock.
Hard to say which kind of rock just seeing this photo but for the whitish color and eroded forms could be a marble.
You can check with a drop of hydrochloric acid, if there is effervescence will confirm marble. If there is not effervescence then try to estimate the hardness trying to scratch a bottle glass.

Given the layered appearance, it looks like travertine / flowstone, which is essentially limestone.
