I purchased both Azurite specimens last week in Ste. Marie.
They both came with a label specifying the same locality.
Anhui, Jong Ting, China.
But on Mindat I can't find any locality in Anhui called Jong Ting.
May it be misspelled?
Another question I have; both Azurites look totally different.
Is the differance in appearance something one may expect from the same locality?

I also have never heard of Jong Ting. But given the fact that they are from Anhui Province, I would guess they are both from Liufengshan Mine. There are different kinds of azurite from Liufengshan, and both of your specimens look like they could come from that mine ...
