I have had this item for years and have no information as to what it is. It is translucent. Black in color. Kind a a jade green under light. The specium is very light in weight.

I have no idea what it is either, but I can say with a fair degree of certainty that it is not of natural origin and is not a mineral.

I'll pre-empt the barrage of comments from my peers on this site to say that you cannot just post two pictures something (one too fuzzy to say anything at all about) and expect to find out the nature of the beast. We are amateur mineralogists and collectors, not wizards, so need to be given something to go on.

I agree with Kevin, not enough information and context here to go on. Read the instructions about posting and some initial tests you can do at home. A photo is not enough to identify most minerals, read the instructions so we can actually help. Hardness, acid test, location etc.
