The first two minerals I bought three years ago when I started my collection. A small article in the local newspaper, nothing to do on a Sunday afternoon and... caught by the virus (translation of a french expression. I hope it makes sense in English).

Wow, the sulphur from Sicily seems to have really large crystals. When this specimen measures 11 cm, the largest crystal is about 4 or 5 cm, right? As I said before: Wow :-)

Thank you Tobi. Yes, the largest is 4 cm. I was very lucky to purchase this specimen when I began my collection. As we say in french "beginner's luck".

Like many mineral collectors, at the beginning I was fascinated by Fluorite specimens. I've changed my mind because I've found other aesthetic specimens, especially I like pieces with specimens' associations.
