Hi Vikelas!
Have you tried with chloridric acid? Does it fizz? According to what I can see on these pictures, it looks like marble. I could be wrong by saying it's a gneiss, but my first opinion is marble.

Maybe quartz?
Serifos is well known by prase quartz (that this is not...), but quartz is very abundant....
Mica, it is not to my eyes (and also for how it looks like...., in my humble opinion...)

Thanks for photos!

I still think in a variety of quartz (maybe a quartzite..) In Catalonia we are used to "pedres d'esmolar" (sharpening stones), that are quartzites, red in colour, and with a lamellar cleavage
I think to remember that are sedimentary and later metamorphic...
They could fit in what you show us....
