I must, I'm afraid, disagree with My Learned Friend Tobi :-)
Most of these appear to be grey rocks. The brown colouration is because they are heavily fractured and the fracture faces (which is where the rocks naturally break) are both dirty and covered by iron oxide.
I suggest that the way to identify these rocks (because nobody is going to do it from these pictures) is to obtain a geological map of the island of Serifos. You have a very precise location, so it should be easy to see what rocks outcrop at the place you collected these specimens. That will be pretty close to your answer.
A geological map of the island can be obtained, I imagine, from the Geological Survey of Greece, or, indeed, by Googling "Geological Map of Serifos".
