I found this in back yard in Oklahoma City. It has an oily or glazed look it's got 3 smooth points on it with straight lines. It's hard and cuts glass.

It sure looks like a chunk of quartz, but one cannot tell just by looking at a picture that doesn't show good crystal faces and the relations between them.

The odds that you found a diamond in your backyard are so low that i don't think you should consider it. But if you want, you can take it to any jeweler, and if they are willing to humor you, they can test it.

Nowhere did you state the size. In the top photo of the last two, one can clearly see the face of a quartz crystal - and that would have been the more important side to show than the others. I'm guessing it is a few inches in size. Yes, 'white' or 'milky' diamonds are rare; of that size only a few have ever been found worldwide ever; and OK is not a place I am aware of any diamonds you can see without a microscope. Quartz is almost surely what it is - milky quartz.
