Nice specimens, especially the Wolf Mine rhodo and the beautiful pyromorphites! By the way, looking at its habit, the first specimen is most likely also from Friedrichssegen Mine ...

Being not a big fan of Eifel minerals, that one i found quite nice, anyway.

 Dimensions: 10 x 7,5 cm
 Description:
The Bindweide rhodos have not the colour and the beauty of the specimens from Wolf or Louise mine. Since you just don't see them, they're even more sought-after by local collectors.

Sphalerit Mühlenbach.jpg
 Mineral: Sphalerite, Dolomite
 Locality:
Mühlenbach Mine, Arenberg, Koblenz, Rhineland-Palatinate/Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany
 Dimensions: 7,5 x 6,5 cm
 Description:
Although Mühlenbach was one of the last producing German mines it's rather unknown. The mine was part of the Bad Ems district. Mineral specimens from there are very rare, they hold kind of a holy grail status among local collectors.

An old rhodochrosite I saw recently. It comes from Oberneisen, a classic locality for this mineral. The piece is in a private collection here in Germany; according to the records of the owner it was found in 1908.

I want to add this quartz specimen from Kaub in Rhineland-Palatinate that recently found its way into my collection.
Not only that the piece is quite nice, it also comes from a very picturesque landscape. This area in the southwest of Germany is characterized by looped rivers, steep rocky slopes with vineyards and medieval castles.
Besides that, this locality is not far away (30-25 km) from Braubach where the famous Rosenberg Mine is located, one of the most important mines that produced the world-famous pyromorphites from the Bad Ems area.
This quartz here may be boring compared to those legendary pyromorphites but nonetheless it's a nice piece from Rhineland-Palatinate:
